Although KPMG's consulting experience was a rich training ground for any recent graduate, Mason had a natural draw to the fast-growing startup culture in LA.
Armed with KPMG's strategy and program management toolbelt, Mason joined ServiceTitan, where he led the go-to-market for Phones Pro, vertical SaaS's very first "On Top" CRM phone solution. Mason managed the revenue operations, sales, onboarding, and support of Phones Pro, and began working with both Aaron and Yury. Through first hand experience, Mason witnessed the value of Phones Pro on ServiceTitan's customers, home service technicians that needed to operate their businesses frictionlessly. With Phones Pro, the value was two-fold: improved data richness and reduced cost of voice service.
Telgorithm's mission is inspired by the same benefits that were realized by ServiceTitan's customers: to bring the same data richness and cost savings to vertical SaaS companies across all industries. This mission is powered by the vision of bringing amazingly-simple cloud communications to vertical platforms, packaged with beautiful UI, straightforward UX, easy APIs, and transparent pricing.
As a father to twins, Mason enjoys spending time with his family and is no longer cruising around LA on his non-existent Triumph Speed Twin.
