Introducing Telgorithm’s Voice APIs: Expanding What’s Possible While Staying Focused on 10DLC Excellence

People working at a call center

Telgorithm was built on one core belief: software platforms deserve a better way to run A2P 10DLC messaging.

And that’s exactly what we’ve delivered—from patented Smart Queueing to automated registration workflows to hands-on compliance support—helping ISVs remove friction, improve deliverability, and stay ahead of ever-changing carrier rules.

But as customers grow, so do their communication needs.

To further support the customers that love and trust Telgorithm for their A2P messaging services but have asking for more voice capabilities, we’ve a suite of Voice APIs that we’ll continue to expand into 2026.

These new voice capabilities simply give ISVs more flexibility: the ability to manage messaging and voice together, powered by the same reliability and expertise they already expect from Telgorithm.

Our Voice API Suite (So Far)

Telgorithm currently offers:

(With SIP Trunking planned for Q1)

These APIs help ISVs build or support call tracking, analytics, and routing flows with the same reliability and developer-first design that powers our A2P 10DLC platform.

Voice isn’t a new direction for us, it’s an expansion designed to make your Telgorithm experience even more seamless.

Outbound Click-to-Call: Add Call Logging Without Becoming Their Phone Provider

Many SaaS platforms want outbound calling functionality, but don’t own a full telephony stack. Telgorithm’s Outbound Calling API gives you exactly what you need.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Your application triggers an outbound call.
  2. Telgorithm calls the business rep first.
  3. The rep presses a button to confirm they’re not a voicemail.
  4. Telgorithm then calls your customer, displaying your caller ID.
  5. Once both parties connect, we automatically conference them.
  6. You can optionally enable call recording.

This makes it easy to log and monitor outbound calls inside your platform—while your customers continue using whatever phone system they already have.

Inbound Calling: Flexible Routing for Any Workflow

We support two flavors of inbound calling so you can choose the right level of control.

Static Routing (Simple Forwarding)

Pre-provision a number in Telgorithm and forward calls to a specific phone number. Great for single-location businesses and minimal call logic.

Dynamic Routing (Webhook-Driven Logic)

When a call comes in, Telgorithm sends a webhook asking: “How should we handle this?”

Your app can respond with:

  • Forwarding instructions
  • Hang up
  • TTS (text-to-speech) prompts
  • SIP forwarding to AI agents or VoIP systems
  • Custom workflows based on your own logic

It’s the same flexible design philosophy behind our messaging APIs; you stay in control, we handle the telecom.

Call Recording: Insights for QA, Training, and Compliance

Our Call Recording API and CallRecordingCompleted webhook make it easy to:

  • Record inbound and outbound calls
  • Centralize recordings in your own dashboard
  • Pair recordings with message logs and metadata
  • Build better QA, training, and compliance tools

If you already rely on Telgorithm for messaging analytics, this feature slots right in alongside your existing workflows.

SIP Forwarding: Connect Calls to AI, VoIP, and Cloud Phone Systems

Modern businesses use AI-powered receptionists, cloud PBXs, and VoIP services—not traditional copper lines.

SIP Forwarding lets you route calls to a SIP URI (a VoIP “address”) instead of a phone number.

This enables:

  • AI call screening (e.g., Retail AI or competitors)
  • Sentiment and data extraction before a rep answers
  • Routing calls into cloud-based phone systems
  • Better audio quality and potential cost savings

And it’s generalized, meaning you can forward to any SIP-compatible service.

Coming in Q1: SIP Trunking (A Deeper Voice Integration Option)

While SIP Forwarding handles individual call routing, SIP Trunking will provide a more dynamic connection to external systems, allowing:

  • Domain-level call routing
  • Scalable inbound/outbound call flows
  • More control on your PBX/VoIP side
  • Minimal setup inside Telgorithm

This is part of our effort to offer parity-level voice options, not to replace your phone provider or pivot away from our 10DLC mission.

The Future: More Options, Same Focus

Our roadmap remains centered on refining, simplifying, and future-proofing A2P 10DLC. But when voice capabilities help our customers offer a better experience, we want those options to be available directly through Telgorithm—no extra vendors, no fragmented data, no messy workflows.

We’ll keep adding voice features that make sense:

  • Ones that integrate tightly with messaging
  • Ones customers ask for
  • Ones that improve your operational efficiency
  • Ones that help you grow revenue

But we will always stay true to our core: Leading the industry in A2P 10DLC.
