A2P is an ecosystem involving mobile carriers, Direct Connect Aggregators (DCAs), messaging providers, registries, software platforms, businesses, and other parties—all with different roles in getting a message from Point A to Point B.

That can make seemingly simple questions surprisingly difficult to answer.
